2. Warranty Guide
We hope to provide perfect products and services; however, if you find our goods defective, you could return it following our instructions. We guarantee that almost all orders are tested before shipment, especially for LCD and touch digitizers.
 
1). All returns must be informed with iPartsMall's acknowledgement before real return happens. Please contact the sales who follows the order in advance. Our sales will give you a return address.

2). All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. A valid tracking number is requested to prove the date of returning. Please mark the return reasons for each items included.
 
3). We only accept products in their original conditions. We are not responsible for any breaking, scratches or loss caused by poor packing, nor responsible for mis-used or assembled parts.
 
4). We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy, or if the products are damaged by customers.
 
5). Returns should be made by mail post service, no DHL, UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on relative website.

6). We’re not responsible for any duties or taxes on China side. Please make sure you mark the right value or description on return bill.

7). Customer is responsible for return postage and iPartsMall responsible for postage re-sending.

8). Refund will be made 3 days within receiving because we need time to check or repair;

9). Returns must be sent according to the contact information. We’re not responsible for any returns marked wrong receiver or wrong address.

10). Each parts must keep our own stamp 'IP" when return back .
