Questions buyers ask before the first order

Are these original manufacturer screens?
Every panel is produced by certified display manufacturers to match the original factory spec — size, resolution, brightness and touch response line up with what your device expects. Graded options fit every market and budget: Incell, Hard OLED, Soft OLED, AMOLED and Service Pack. Every unit is function-tested before shipping, and if a listing carries an original (OEM) part, it is clearly marked on the page.
What does “tested before shipping” actually involve?
Each panel is checked twice — on arrival and again on the day it ships — through seven points: appearance, solid-colour display, greyscale, touch, brightness, flex connector and a powered test. Units that fail any step never leave the warehouse. The full list is on our quality and testing page, and we can issue a test report per batch on request.
How long does shipping take, and who pays customs?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment via DHL, FedEx or UPS, with delivery typically in 7–15 days; customs clearance can extend that in peak season. Import duties and taxes are set and charged by your country’s customs authority and are paid by the buyer — we provide the commercial invoice and the documents needed for clearance.
What is the warranty process if a screen fails?
Report it within 72 hours of delivery, before you install the screen: send one photo of the panel and a short video showing the fault. Once confirmed, we ship a replacement or issue a refund, and we cover the shipping either way. Physical damage and installation errors are outside the warranty, but we will still help you diagnose the cause.
Do you offer bulk and mixed-model pricing?
Yes. Tiered pricing starts at 20 pieces and improves at 50, 100 and 500. Mixed-model cartons are welcome — you can combine any models to reach a tier. Submit the wholesale form above and we will send a full price list with current stock levels.
Do you offer dropshipping or private label?
Both. For dropshipping we ship to your end customer with neutral packaging and your invoice details on request. For private label we can apply your branded box, labels and inserts from 500 pieces per model. Talk to us about artwork requirements.
